The fast rising radio presenter, DJ Chanti has been nominated in the presenter of the year category of the Central Music Awards 2019.
Born James Ababio, DJ Chanti, as popularly known in the entertainment circus has seen his works recognised and appreciated by Ghanaians, particularly in the Central region this year.
Mr. James Ababio started 2019 on a high with two nominations in the maiden edition of the Central Media Awards, having been nominated in the drive time show host of the year and best male presenter of the year categories, eventually winning the latter.
The 'Asomedem' drive time show host of markk radio , who also doubles as an artist promoter also had some artist under his promotions grab multiple nominations. Talented young artist Drag B got 4 nominations with Yhaa Shugah, Bhody X soul and Zidor bagging two nominations each. Nana Amoako, a Gospel Musician, got three nominations and Akyedie Yao also had one.
It is therefore not surprising that his hard work and contributions to entertainment in the Central region has been recognised.
